On February 24, 2016, the Court entered summary judgmentas well as a final judgmentin favor of Plaintiff Federal Trade Commission (FTC) against Defendant Denny Lake. Based on incomplete record citations provided by the FTC, the Courts final judgment, (Dkt. 129), listed Mr. Lakes liability to the FTC as being $2,104,031.56.The parties agree that this figure should actually be $2,349,885.00.
