FURTHER, JUDGMENT IS HEREBY ENTERED, pursuant to Section 16(c) of the FLSA, in favor of the Secretary and against Defendants in the total amount of $1,100,000, which is comprised of unpaid minimum wage and overtime compensation owed by Defendants in the amount of $550,000, and an additional equal amount as liquidated damages.
