ORDER Staying Action Pending Final Settlement, Removing Case From Active Caseload, and Filing of Dismissal by Judge Josephine L. Staton. On April 11, 2016, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement (doc. 18), indicating that the case has been resolved. Based thereon, the Court hereby orders all proceedings in the case stayed pending final settlement. It is further ordered that this action is removed from the Court's active caseload, subject to the right upon good cause shown within thirty (30) days, to reopen the action if settlement is not consummated. The parties shall file a Stipulation of Dismissal no later than May 11, 2016. If no dismissal is filed, the Court deems the matter dismissed at that time. The Court retains full jurisdiction over this action and this order shall not prejudice any party in the action. IT IS SO ORDERED. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (dro)

MINUTE (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER to Show Cause ("OSC") Regarding Service of ADA Notice by Judge Josephine L. Staton: On March 10, 2016, the Court issued a Notice to Parties: ADA Disability Access Litigation that directed Plaintiff to serve three documents on the defendants(s) and file with the Court a proof of service indicating that the Notice to Parties and the attached Application to Stay, and proposed Order granting Application to Stay were served. (See Doc. 11). To date, the Court has not received the proof of service. Accordingly, the Court orders Plaintiff show cause why the Court should not dismiss this matter and/or issue sanctions for the failure to file timely the referenced document.
