Filing 19 ORDER TO: (1) ENTER CONSENT DECREE FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION AGAINST DEFENDANT PARTHIB, INC. (2)DISMISS DEFENDANT PARTHIB, INC. FROM THE ACTION WITH PREJUDICE by Judge Beverly Reid O'Connell. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED THAT: For the purposes of binding preclusive effect on Parthib-Inc as to disputes occurring after 7/31/2016, between Parthib-Inc and Sream, and only for such purposes, Parthib-Inc admits. Effective 7/31/2016, Parthib-Inc, and those acting on Parthib-Incs behal f (including its owners, shareholders, principals, officers, agents, servants, employees, independent contractors, and partners), are permanently enjoined. The Parties waive any rights to appeal this Permanent Injunction. After entry of the Permanent Injunction, Defendant Parthib-Inc shall be dismissed from the Action, with prejudice, with each party to bear their own attorneys fees and costs. (MD JS-6.
