Jeremy Foti is ordered to pay the FTC this amount immediately upon th e entry of this Final Judgment. FURTHER ORDERED that judgment in the amount of $1,784,022.61 is entered in favor of Federal Trade Commission against Charles Marshall, jointly and severally, as equitable monetary relief. Charles Marshall is order ed to pay the FTC this amount immediately upon the entry of this Final Judgment. FURTHER ORDERED that Jeremy Foti and Charles Marshall, theirofficers, agents, employees, and attorneys, and all other persons in active concert or participation with a ny of them, who receive actual notice of this Final Judgment, are permanently restrained and enjoined. Defendant Marshall's response to this Order is due no later than Friday, June 23, 2017 by 4:00 p.m. As the Court ordered, Defendant Marshall is incurring a $500 daily penalty for every day that passes before he returns the required funds.
