JUDGMENT by Judge William D. Keller. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. Defendants Yen B. Nguyen a/k/a Yen Nguyen, individually and d/b/a Crossfit Ava, and Crossfit Ava, Inc., an unknown business entity d/b/a Crossfit Ava, shall pay the plaint iff, J & J Sports Productions, Inc., $3,300.00 in total damages. The damages award against defendant Yen B. Nguyen is joint and several with the award against defendant Crossfit Ava, Inc. Pursuant to Local Rules 54-10 and 54-11 plaintiff may submit its motion for costs and attorneys' fees within fourteen (14) days (SEE JUDGMENT FOR FURTHER DETAILS) (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (yl)

(ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE) by Magistrate Judge Paul L. Abrams. On August 4, 2017, the Court issued its Case Management Order and Order/Referral to ADR, in which plaintiff was ordered, within 30 days of that date, to contact the ADR Program Director to s chedule a mediation of this action, said mediation to be conducted no later than April 4, 2018. To date, there is no indication in the record that plaintiff timely contacted the ADR Program Director, or that mediation occurred. Accordingly, plaintiff is ordered to show cause, no later than April 23, 2018, why monetary sanctions should not be imposed on plaintiff for failure to comply with this Courts August 4, 2017, Order.
