MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY COURT SHOULD NOT DISMISS FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION by Judge David O. Carter. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to show cause why this case should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter juri sdiction, on or before July 3, 2017. Plaintiff may discharge this order by alleging that Plaintiff and Defendant RA are citizens of different states for purposes of diversity jurisdiction.
