Selna: This Court, having received Defendant Ditech Financial LLC's Suggestion of Bankruptcy filed on February 12, 2019, hereby orders the above referenced action stayed and removes the action from the active caseload to be reinstated upon application of the parties. In order to permit the Court to monitor this action, the Court hereby orders the parties to file a joint status report not later than June 14, 2019.
