Guilford:Defendant Craig Shults has filed a Motion to Recuse this Court from hearing a motion filed by co-defendants that Mr. Shults has joined. That Motion was filed by Co-Defendants Joseph Haymore and Paul Licausi under 28 U.S.C. 2255 to vacate their convictions. Under the incredibly unique aspects of this matter, the Court chooses not to hear the Section 2255 Motion that Mr. Shults has joined. The Court rules that the Section 2255 Motion joined by Mr. Shults shall be transferred to a different court, along with the core Section 2255 motions filed by Mr. Haymore and Mr. Licausi. threats...."
