MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER REGARDING MOTIONS TO DISMISS (DKT. NOS. 11, 20.) by Judge Andrew J. Guilford: The Court has received a letter from Plaintiff Kezia Latnie requesting that this case be dismissed. (See Dkt. No. 34.) The Court thus DISMISSES Plaintiff's claims against the two Defendants in this case that haven't answered Plaintiff's complaintDefendants Trans Union LLC and Bank of America Corporation. Because the two pending motions to dismiss in this case were filed by these Defendants, both motions are now moot and off-calendar. (See Dkt. Nos. 11, 20.) The Court thus VACATES the July 1, 2019 hearing. But the Court notes that, in reviewing the motions, the Court had concerns about the sufficiency of Plaintiff's complaint. If Plaintiff chooses to refile her complaint, such refiling must come before this Court. Further, under the circumstances of this case, the Court will dismiss the entire case unless the remaining DefendantDefendant Experian Information Solutions, Inc.-objects by July 8, 2019. (es)
