MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER GRANTING REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER by Judge James V. Selna: On June 20, 2018 at approximately 3:00 p.m., Reynaldo Reyes Martinez ("Reyes") applied ex parte for a temporary restraining order to enjoin his deportation by the United States Customs and Immigration Service. (Docket No.4.) He alleges that his deportation is imminent. (Docket No. 4, p. 2.) The Court grants the temporary restraining order, and enjoins defendants and all persons acting in concert with them from deporting Reyes during the term of this temporary restraining order. Ramirez shall effect service no later than 5:00 p.m. June 21, 2019, and shall promptly file proof of service. The defendants shall file their written response no later than noon June 26, 2019. Ramirez may make any further filing no later than noon June 28, 2019. The Court will hold a hearing on July 2, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. This temporary restraining order shall remain in force until noon July 5, 2109 unless earlier terminated by order of the Court.
