Staton: Accordingly, the Court concludes that the Petition is not susceptible to a ruling on the pleadings, and that it should determine whether to grant or deny Terrasi's Petition on the merits on a full evidentiary record. Nonetheless, as Respondents submitted their response as a motion to dismiss pursuant to a court entry on the docket (Doc. 26), it is unclear whether Terrasi understood that she could submit additional evidence for the Courts consideration. For that reason, the Court grants Terrasi fourteen (14) days from the date of this Order to submit additional evidence, to the extent she wishes to do so. (see document for further details) (bm)
