Filing 28 (IN CHAMBERS) Order Plaintiff's Emails to Courtroom Deputy Clerk by Magistrate Judge Patrick J. Walsh: Over the last week, Plaintiff has emailed the courtroom deputy clerk more than a dozen times, venting about what she sees as the incompetence of the magistrate judge and the injustice she feels she is being subjected to in the district court and the appellate court. Her language was intemperate at times and profane at other times. Plaintiff should not be emailing the courtroom deputy about anything except for questions about filing something. Plaintiff is directed to stop emailing the courtroom deputy clerk for any other reason. If she persists, the Court will block her email. If she continues after that, the Court will sanction her. By sanction, the Court means it will fine her. And, though Plaintiff may not have any funds to pay a fine, the Court will subtract the amount of the fine from any settlement or verdict she obtains.
