Staton: NOTE: CHANGES MADE BY THE COURT. The Court has changed the date of the hearing and, accordingly, the dates on which briefing is due. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants, Defendants' officers, agents, employees and attorneys, and all other persons in active concert or participation with any of them, who receive actual notice of this Order, whether acting directly or indirectly, in connection with the sale of any Covered PPE Product or Covered Dietary Supplement, by mail, via the internet, or by telephone, are temporarily restrained and enjoined.
