ORDER AND DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANT RELIANCE STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY AND IN FAVOR OF PLAINTIFF DANNY HAN #15 by Judge David O. Carter. Based thereon, judgment shall be entered in favor of Plaintiff Danny Han and against Defendant Reliance Standard in accordance with Rules 55, 58 and 79 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, in the principal amount of $235,313 for Mr. Han's damages, plus prejudgment interest at the legal rate of 10% per annum from October 15, 2018 through April 28, 2022 of $27,829, plus Mr. Han's reasonable attorneys' fees of $83,505, plus costs in the amount of $501.98, which were proven to the Court as part of Mr. Han's Application for Default Judgment, for a total default judgment amount of $347,148.98.
