Hyundai Motor Co. et al., No. 8:20-cv-01584-JB-JDE (C.D. Cal.) (the "Zakikhani Action"), and to allow the parties to continue to engage in the work necessary to reach a potential settlement of this action. The parties shall file a joint status report with the Court on 7/15/2022, to advise the Court (i) whether the Parties believe this action should be further stayed pending final approval of the settlement of the Zakikhani Action, (ii) whether the parties have agreed to settle this action (either as part of the settlement of the Zakikhani Action or otherwise), and/or (iii) whether the parties believe the stay of this action should be lifted and the action should proceed.
