ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE AS TO WHY THIS COURT SHOULD NOT DECLINE TO EXERCISE SUPPLEMENTAL JURISDICTION OVER PLAINTIFFS UNRUH ACT CLAIM AND RELATED STATE LAW CLAIMS by Judge Cormac J. Carney.Plaintiff shall file a response to this Order to Show Cause by September 21, 2022. In her response, Plaintiff shall identify the amount of statutory damages she seeks to recover.
