Additionally, a review of the docket in the Eastern District of California case that Plaintiff appears to be asserting was transferred to this districtCV22-01788 KJM(ACx), Sharmila SN v. Adrian Matashows the case was dismissed with prejudice on October 27, 2022. See CV22-01788 KJM(ACx), Dkts. # 1516. Accordingly, because case CV22-01788 KJM(ACx), Sharmila SN v.
