Thus, the court concludes that this case presents exceptional circumstances and that compelling reasons warrant declining to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's Unruh Act claim. See 28 U.S.C. 1367(c)(4). Though Plaintiff filed the First Amended Complaint (Dkt. 12) since filing the Response, the court's analysis remains unchanged. Accordingly, the court DISMISSES Plaintiff's Unruh Act claim WITHOUT PREJUDICE as to any action filed in state court. (lom) |
