In the Request, Plaintiff requests the court to excuse the appearance of Plaintiffs lead trial counsel, Justin F. Marquez, at the June 29, 2023, hearing on the Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint (Dkt. #13 ) (the Motion) and instead have Zachary D. Greenberg appear on the matter. (See Dkt. #24 at 2.)
