ORDER GRANTING JOINT STIPULATION REGARDING SERVICE OF PROCESS #15 by Judge John W. Holcomb. Based upon the joint stipulation of the parties, and good cause appearing therefore, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: Hyundai Motor Company shall accept service of the Complaint and waive the formalities of service under Rule 4(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and it shall not assert its rights under the Hague Convention in the above-captioned action with respect to the Plaintiff's Class Action Complaint. Hyundai Motor America shall accept service of the Complaint and waive the formalities of service under Rule 4(d) with respect to the Complaint. HMC and HMA shall file their responsive pleadings within sixty (60) days of the date of the joint stipulation. IT IS SO ORDERED. (See document for further details) (yl)
