| Filing 13 On February 6, 2024, the Court issued an order for Plaintiff to show cause why the Court should not decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over his Unruh Act claim. Dkt. No. #10 . The order provided that "[i]f Plaintiff fails to file a response within 14 days after entry of this Order, the Court will decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over his Unruh Act claim, and the Unruh Act claim will be automatically dismissed without prejudice without further order of the Court."Id. at 3. Plaintiff failed to timely respond, so Plaintiffs Unruh Act claim was dismissed by operation of the February 6 order. Plaintiffs March 18, 2024 response at Dkt.
