ORDER TRANSFERRING Action: WHEREAS, on April 1, 2024, Plaintiff filed a Complaint in this action (Dkt. No. #1 ); WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to transfer the venue of this matter to the United States District Court for the Central District of California; WHEREAS, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404(a) the Court may transfer this action to the Central District of California because both the action may have been brought there and the Parties consent to transfer to that district; and WHEREAS, a consolidated class action concerning the same incident underlying the complaint in this action is already pending in the Central District of California.
