The Court further RECOMMENDS that a special needs trust be approved and established and that the Court retain jurisdiction over the special needs trust until funding is complete and jurisdiction is transferred to the Kern County Superior Court subject to the terms outlined in this order. It is also RECOMMENDED that petitioner Maria Gonzalez be authorized and directed to execute any and all documents reasononably necessary to carry out the terms of the settlement, be responsible for maintaining a current address on behalf of Miguel Gonzalez, Jr., as well as being required to submit proof of funding of the annuity when it is completed. The Court lastly RECOMMENDS that all scheduling deadlines be vacated.
