The Court advises counsel that after receiving and reviewing all of the documents in this matter, the Court will determine whether a hearing is necessary or whether the hearing will be vacated pursuant to Local Rule 230(g). Because of the complicated coordination of schedules, the Court finds it appropriate to set a hearing at this time, but cautions that this hearing may be vacated. This Court ORDERS counsel to meet and confer, and to submit a joint proposed schedule to propose between one and three hearing dates and times. The joint proposed schedule shall be filed no later than Monday, May 17, 2010. Counsel shall consider that this Court hears civil motions Monday through Thursday at 8:30 a.m., and propose a date and time to conform with this Court's standing order.
