The City's requests to take judicial notice (Doc. Nos. 139 and 150-1) are DENIED. Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 9613 (g)(2), the Court declares as follows: a. For all necessary future response costs incurred by Mission regarding the PCE Plume, Mission is responsible for 50% of those future costs and the City is responsible for 50% of those future costs; and b.
