Filing 27 MINUTE ORDER: (TEXT ENTRY ONLY) Any opposition to Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney's Fees (ECF No. #26 ) shall be filed no later than May 30, 2017. Any reply to the opposition may be filed no later than June 13, 2017. Plaintiff's counsel is further directed to serve a copy of the motion on Plaintiff Joseph James Beason, if he has not already done so, and file the proof of such service with the Court. The Court also notes that Plaintiff's Motion references multiple exhibits, but no exhibits have been filed to accompany the Motion. If Plaintiff intends to rely on any of the referenced exhibits, he shall file them with the Court no later than May 2, 2017. Additionally, Plaintiff is advised that all fees requested must be contained in either the Motion for Attorney's Fees or the reply. Requests for additional fees once this Court issues an order regarding attorney's fees will be looked upon with disfavor.
