May 17, 2018 Filing 61 MINUTE ORDER: On December 7, 2017, the Court entered its Amended Order On Stipulated Petition For Approval Of Minors Compromise Of Claims, which directed the parties to submit proof of funding of the parties settlement annuity within 60 days. Plaintiffs counsel was ordered to submit dismissal of all claims against the Defendants with prejudice within 5 days after proof of the settlement annuity was submitted to the Court. ECF No. 58.
