If Plaintiffs choose to file a second amended complaint adding their new causes of action, Defendants are entitled to depose Plaintiff Oushana a second time at her expense; 4. If Plaintiffs still seek to file a second amended complaint, they shall file a second amended complaint within ten (10) days of the date of service of this order; and 5.
