April 9, 2018	Filing 37 ORDER Regarding Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Inspection of Property, Sanctions nd Contempt of Court. (1.) Plaintiffs motion to compel a second site inspection is GRANTED; (2.) As discussed at the hearing, and ordered by the Court, the partie s shall meet and confer on or before April 9, 2018, to a schedule a mutually agreeable time and date for completion of the second site inspection. The second site inspection may not exceed four (4) hours in duration, and is limited to the public acce ss areas of the main hotel building; (3.) On or before April 12, 2018, Defendant shall file a status report identifying the date and time agreed upon by the parties for the second site inspection; (4.) Plaintiff's motion for discovery sancti ons is GRANTED in the amount of $500.00, and Defendant shall make payment to Plaintiff's counsel within twenty-one (21) days of the Court's order; (5.) Plaintiff's motion for a contempt finding and related fines is DENIED; and (6.)
