[(Doc. 28).] In support of this motion, Plaintiffs provided the Declaration of Kyle Nordrehaug, which included attached exhibits. [(Doc. 28-2.)] The Declaration describes Exhibit 4 as "Vendor Guidelines" which "uniformly imposed" certain common policies and practices on the defined class, which give rise to this suit. Upon the review of the materials, it appears that the Vendor Guidelines attached as Exhibit 4 belong to the department store chain Macy's, Inc., not Defendant L'Oreal. The Court was unable to find, in the moving papers or otherwise, a connection between Macy's and Defendant L'Oreal or Plaintiffs. Within seven (7) days of this Order, Plaintiffs are ORDERED to file either (a) an explanation of the connection between Defendant L'Oreal, Plaintiffs, and the Macy's Vendor Guidelines, or, (b) if the Macy's Vendor Guidelines were submitted in error, the correct policy applicable to the claims in this matter signed by District Judge Jennifer L.
