MINUTE ORDER: (TEXT ENTRY ONLY) The Court notes that Plaintiff has failed to file a timely reply in connection with its pending motion to remand #5 . Although a party is not technically required to file a reply, in light of this Court's extraordinarily heavy caseload and need to prioritize its scarce resources, Plaintiff is instructed to file a status report on or before noon on October 25, 2019, indicating whether it intends to stand on its original motion. Alternatively, Plaintiff may withdraw the motion. If the motion is not withdrawn, the Court will rule on the papers pursuant to Local Rule 230(g). Accordingly, the hearing on the motion, currently set for 10/28/19 is VACATED. The parties are warned that civil cases set before district judges in this Court are experiencing long delays.
