Filing 11 MINUTE ORDER (TEXT Only): On November 7, 2019 the Court filed an Order of Recusal (Doc. #9 ). Due to reassignment of the case, the SCHEDULING CONFERENCE currently set for January 9, 2020 before Magistrate Judge Sheila K. Oberto is RESET to January 16, 2020 at 09:00 AM in Courtroom 8 (BAM) before Judge McAuliffe. A JOINT Scheduling Conference Report, carefully prepared and executed by all counsel, shall be electronically filed in full compliance with the requirements set forth in the Order Setting Mandatory Scheduling Conference (see attached), one (1) full week prior to the Scheduling Conference, and a copy shall be e-mailed, in Word format, to bamorders@caed.uscourts.gov.
