Filing 14 MINUTE ORDER: (TEXT ENTRY ONLY) signed by District Judge Anthony W. Ishii on 5/18/2020. On May 16, 2020, in response to the Court's May 15 minute order, the United States filed a notice of non-opposition to the provision of their response to Plaintiff's motion for temporary restraining order (Doc. No. 9) to class counsel Amalia Wille. In light of the non-opposition, the Clerk's office shall provide a copy of the United States' response (Doc. No. 9) to class counsel Amalia Wille. However, the response remains a restricted document and class counsel is not to disseminate the response without prior notice to the United States and authorization from this Court. (Gonzales, V) |

Filing 13 STATEMENT of NON-OPPOSITION by Matthew T. Albence, William Barr, Chad Wolf re 12 Minute Order,,,,,. (Hemesath, Audrey) |
Filing 12 MINUTE ORDER: (TEXT ENTRY ONLY) signed by District Judge Anthony W. Ishii on 05/15/2020. Class counsel in the Rivas matter, Amalia Wille, has requested a copy of the United States' response to the petitioner's motion for temporary restraining order. The response is restricted pursuant to AO policy. Because Ms. Wille is representing Petitioner as a class member in the Rivas matter, and because there appears to be no reason (at least at this time) to withhold the response, the Court is inclined to grant Ms. Wille's request and provide her a copy of the response, but with the understanding that the response remains restricted and not for public dissemination. However, the Court will give the United States an opportunity to voice any objections to providing a copy of the response to Ms. Wille. By 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday May 19, 2020 (if not sooner), respondent may file any objections (or notice of non-objection) to providing Ms. Wille with a copy of the United States' response to the motion for temporary restraining order (Doc. No. #9 ). The Court will view the absence of an objection as a "non-opposition" to providing the response as a restricted document and then direct the Clerk to provide a copy of Doc. No. 9 to Ms. Wille. (Gonzales, V) |
