On July 30, 2021, the parties filed their #21 joint response. Therein defendant requests additional, but modest, briefing. Plaintiffs disagree that such briefing is necessary but state they are nonetheless amenable to defendant's proposed briefing schedule. Good cause appearing, defendant's request for leave to file a short memorandum of no more than five (5) pages is granted. Defendant shall file its supplemental memorandum by August 6, 2021, and plaintiffs may file any response of no more than five (5) pages thereto by August 13, 2021. In light of the parties' new briefing schedule, the August 3, 2021 hearing on the motion for a preliminary injunction is vacated. (Thorp, J)
