MINUTE ORDER (TEXT Only): On March 20, 2023, the Court filed an Order of Recusal (Doc. #4 ). Due to reassignment of the case, the SCHEDULING CONFERENCE previously set for July 18, 2023, before Magistrate Judge Sheila K. Oberto is RESET to July 13, 2023, at 09:00 AM in Courtroom 8 (BAM) before Judge McAuliffe. A JOINT Scheduling Conference Report, carefully prepared and executed by all counsel, shall be electronically filed in full compliance with the requirements set forth in the Order Setting Mandatory Scheduling Conference (see attached), one (1) full week prior to the Scheduling Conference, and a copy shall be e-mailed, in Word format, to bamorders@caed.uscourts.gov. The new case number is: 1:23-cv-00399-ADA-BAM, to be used on all future filings. The parties shall appear at the conference with each party connecting remotely either via Zoom video conference or Zoom telephone number. The parties will be provided with the Zoom ID and password by the Courtroom Deputy prior to the conference. The Zoom ID number and password are confidential and are not to be shared.
