TEXT ONLY ORDER FINDING AS MOOT #2 Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis in light of the Court Order entered on February 20, 2024 directing Plaintiff to submit a proper application to proceed in forma pauperis #5 . Plaintiff's Motion sub judice fails to comply with 1915(a)(1)(2). Specifically, in addition to filing an affidavit of indigency, a prisoner "shall submit a certified copy of the trust fund account statement (or institutional equivalent) for the prisoner for the six-month period immediately proceeding the filing of the complaint... obtained from the appropriate official of each prison at which the prisoner is or was confined." Id. Here the Motion contains no financial information. Plaintiff shall complete the form prisoner application to proceed in forma pauperis that was enclosed with the Court's February 20, 2024 Order if he wishes to proceed in forma pauperis in this action.
