MINUTE ORDER (TEXT Only): On February 26, 2024, this putative class action was removed to this Court from Fresno County Superior Court. (Doc. #1 .) On March 7, 2024, the parties filed a joint stipulation requesting the Court dismiss the putative class action in its entirety without prejudice, with each party to bear their own attorneys' fees and costs and with Defendants waiving their attorneys' fees and costs. (Doc. #6 ) In light of the stipulated dismissal, this action is terminated by operation of law without further order from the Court. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
