Filing 12 TEXT ONLY ORDER STRIKING (Doc. No. #11 ) Plaintiff's pro se pleading titled "Objections to Magistrate Judge's Findings and Recommendation." Plaintiff's pleading does not include a caption showing the name of the plaintiff and defendant nor the case number assigned to this action, as required by the First Informational Order (Doc No. #2 at 2, Section F). Further, to the extent discernable, Plaintiff's pleading appears to relate to another case, not the current case. In his pleading, Plaintiff offers an explanation as to why he failed to file an application to proceed in forma pauperis and requests that his application "in case number: 1:24-cv-00254-HBK" be used. Plaintiff does not specify the case number to which he wishes the in forma pauperis application to be filed. Nonetheless, Plaintiff is advised that the Court or Clerk does not transfer pleadings from one case to another. To the extent Plaintiff wishes to file an application to proceed in forma pauperis in another case, he must include that case number on his application. To the extent Plaintiff wishes to file objections to the pending Findings and Recommendations that were issued in this case on 04/19/2024, he must do so in accordance with the "Notice to Parties" included in the Findings and Recommendation as well as the First Informational Order by properly labeling his objections with this case number. The Clerk shall provide a copy of this Text Only Order to Plaintiff who is a non-CMECF participant and include a blank "Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis by a Prisoner" for Plaintiff's use as appropriate. Signed by Magistrate Judge Helena M. Barch-Kuchta on 4/25/2024. (Apodaca, P) |

No. #2 ), under Section F states that if a party wishes to file the same document in more than one case, he must provide a separate copy of that document, with the correct case number in the first page caption, for each case. To the extent Plaintiff wishes to request relief from this Court in this case, he must file a proper motion bearing only this case number. Fed. R. Civ. P. 7(b). The Clerk shall STRIKE Plaintiff's improperly filed Notice and provide a copy of this Text Only Order to Plaintiff who is a Non-CMECF participant. Signed by Magistrate Judge Helena M.
