McCool, 782 F.2d 1470, 1472-73 (9th Cir. 1986) (affirming district court's dismissal of case pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), even without the filing of a stipulation, where parties' representations to court manifest their mutual intent to settle and dismiss the case).
