Karlton on 5/11/2010 ORDERING 253 The USM for the EDCA, his or her representative, or an IRS Property Appraisal and Liquidation Specialist "PALS", is authorized and d irected under 28:2001 and 2002 to offer for public sale and to sell the Property; Until the property is sold, New World Foundation shall take all reasonable steps necessary to preserve the property; All persons and organizations occupying the propert y, and any relatives, shall leave and vacate the property permanently within 10 days of the date of this Order, each taking with them his or her personal property (but leaving all improvements, buildings, fixtures, and appurtenances to the property); The proceeds arising from sale are to be paid to the Clerk of this Court and applied as far as they shall be sufficient to the following items, in the order specified: To the USM or the PALS for the costs of the sale, including any expense of mainta ining the Property prior to sale; To all taxes unpaid and matured that are owed to Plumas County for real property taxes on the property; To the USA in the amount of $62,395.81, plus interest applicable to underpayments of tax from 6/30/2008, To the New World Foundation, any remaining balance.
