Plaintiff Jonathan Lee Riches d/b/a Political Prisoner sued Defendants John W. Hinckley Jr., Jodie Foster, St. Elizabeths Hospital, James Brady, Timothy McCarthy and Thomas Delahanty. Plaintiff alleges that he has been placed in a 24 hour lockdown since October 20, 2007 for filing a lawsuit on FCI Williamsburg teacher Philip Woolston. Plaintiff alleges that Hinckley plans to assassinate him on December 27th. "If I die in solitary, I move this court to know I will die as a martyr, I'm a freedom fighter, political prisoner."
