Plaintiff Watson shall proceed as the sole plaintiff in case CIV S-10 -0123 MCE KJM P. The clerk of the court is directed to: A) Open 4 seperate civil actions for plaintiff's Johnson (2:10-cv-1375 MCE KJM P), Freeman (2:10-cv-1376 MCE KJM P), Cooper (2:10-cv-1377 MCE KJM P) and Franks (2:10-cv-1378 MCE KJM P). B) Assign each action to the district judge and magistrate judge to whom the instant case is assigned and make appropriate adjustment in the assignment of civil cases to compensate for such assignment. C) File and docket a copy of this order in each of the four files opened for the plaintiffs listed in number 3a above. D) Place a copy of the complaint in each of the four files opened for the plaintiffs listed in number 3a above. E) Strike from the caption of each plaintiff's complaint all pla intiffs' names except the name of the individual plaintiff proceeding in the action. F) Send each plaintiff a copy of the complaint bearing the amended caption and the case number assigned to his own individual action. Each plaintiff's co mplaint is dismissed. The clerk of the court is directed to send each plaintiff a new form for filing a civil rights action under 42 USC 1983 and a new application to proceed in forma pauperis by a prisoner. Each plaintiff is granted 30 days from t he date of service of this order to file an amended complaint and a new application to proceed in forma pauperis using the forms provided by the court with this order. All outstanding motions are denied without prejudice to refiling with each individual complaint. (Plummer, M)
