The Court DISMISSES the First, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, and Eleventh Causes of Action with prejudice as to all Defendants. Plaintiffs may file an amended complaint no later than 2/27/2014. A failure to file an amended complaint will result in dismissal with prejudice. Additionally, Plaintiffs have failed to effect service on several Defendants during this case.
