MINUTES for JURY TRIAL (DAY 1) held on 9/12/2022 before District Judge Troy L. Nunley: The Court issued its ruling on Defendants' Motions in Limine (ECF No. 46), the parties' Objections to Deposition Designations (ECF Nos. 62 and 67), and D efendant's Objections to Admissibility of Plaintiff's Exhibits 5, 6 and 7 (ECF No. 68). The Court conducted voir dire and a jury was selected and sworn. Both sides made opening statements. Plaintiff called witness Sergeant Robert Pickerin g, sworn and testified on direct. The jurors were admonished and excused for the day. Jury Trial CONTINUED to 9/13/2022 at 9:00 AM in Courtroom 2 (TLN) before District Judge Troy L. Nunley.
