In the amended complaint, with respect to the remaining named defendants Dell Farinas, Teresa Mata, Gordon Lee, Melvin Cuckovich and Brian Holida, plaint iff must clearly provide the specific occupation of each, and indicate how, if at all, each is tied to plaintiffs remaining personal security claim and conspiracy allegation and/or plaintiffs traffic stop and vehicle impoundment claims or risk having them dismissed as defendants. Plaintiff is granted thirty days from the date of service of this order to file an amended complaint. The Clerk of the Court is directed to provide plaintiff a copy of the prisoner complaint form used in this district. (Plummer, M) |
