Filing 8 MINUTE ORDER (Text Only) issued by Courtroom Deputy J. Streeter for Magistrate Judge Carolyn K. Delaney on 04/17/2020: The court is in receipt of an affidavit from plaintiff indicating that he has not received the in forma pauperis affidavit back from the Inmate Accounts Manager at the prison where he is confined. ECF No. #6 . As a result, plaintiff has not returned it to the court as instructed by order dated February 21, 2020. Based on this information and for good cause shown, plaintiff is sua sponte granted a 30 day extension of time from the date of this order in which to complete in forma pauperis application. Plaintiff is advised that he only has to complete questions 1-7 of the in forma pauperis application and sign and date the form before returning it to the court. The certification portion does not have to be completed by the prison because plaintiff is incarcerated within the CDCR. The Clerk of Court shall send plaintiff another copy of the application to proceed in forma pauperis by a prisoner.(Streeter, J) |
