ECF No. 5. The Court DENIES Petitioners motion to shorten either briefing schedule. The Court appreciates the impact COVID-19 is having on Petitioners ability to arbitrate its dispute, but Petitioner is not unique in this respect. Countless litigants are bearing the impact of this pandemic. The Court is not persuaded that it should prioritize Petitioners motions over those filed by comparably-burdened parties. Respondent must file his opposition to both of Petitioners motions by April 21, 2020. Petitioners must file its reply by April 28, 2020. If necessary, the Court will schedule a hearing on the motions. Otherwise, it will decide both matters on the papers. IT IS SO ORDERED. (TEXT ENTRY ONLY)(Vine, H)
