Until such a motion is granted, L.R. 230(l) will govern all motions described above regardless of plaintiff's custodial status. If defendant moves for summary judgment, defendant must contemporaneously serve with the motion, but in a separate document, a copy of the attached Rand Notice. Newman on 1/14/2021: Under the initial scheduling order, the parties are required to meet in person to confer about mandatory disclosures, and later confer about a joint status report and appear in person at a May 20, 2021 Status (Pretrial Scheduling) Conference.
