| Filing 6 MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Daniel J. Calabretta on 9/25/2025: On September 16, 2025, the Court ordered Plaintiff to show cause why the above-referenced case should not be dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to timely serve Defendants. (ECF No. 4). Before the Court is Plaintiff's Response. (ECF No. #5 ). Therein, Plaintiff requests an additional ninety (90) days to serve Defendants. Good cause having been shown, the Court DISCHARGES its 4 Order to Show Cause. Further, the Court GRANTS Plaintiff's request. Plaintiff shall serve Defendants pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
